Japanese Nail Arts !

I was inspired by lollipop26 to take some pictures of Japanese press on nails I found at 100 yen store today and gave me the reason to update my blog...hehehe =)
Some of the press on nails are new designs for summer and cost ¥315 each. It is affordable and amazing for the price !

Here's the snap photos taken from my cellphone.

I can't remember the last time I used press on nails as I got hooked receiving Nail art in my favorite Nail Salon.But now that I'm a mommy to a 1 yr. old boy, my nails are always short and I'm getting frugal..so I would paint my own nails & find ways to decorate them.

My nails painted with The Face Shop's( Korean brand ) Neon Pink & Canmake ( Japanese brand )Nail glitter.Top coat I used is from Seche Vite.
I hope this manicure will stay for 1 week.I am loving this color:)

Now I am sure everyone of you knows the lovely Laura who is considered to be one of the most popular and respectable guru on Youtube.
I recently sent her a few stuffs from Japan and look what I found in my mailbox today !!!
She is so sweet to send me so many good cosmetics that can only be found in the UK. Here is what I received in the post today...

I am really digging everything that she sent me. I am so excited to try the Barry M lippies, the Gosh products which is Made in Denmark and a personal favorite of Laura. And I am very happy that she also gave me the Mememe lipgloss which actually glows in the dark when you open it because it has an inbuilt light and a cute little mirror.

Look at that !!! I've never own a lipgloss like this before in my entire life :)

And last but not the least :) She also included a very pretty necklace and the horse pendant is lovely because I think it'll give me much luck. I promise to wear it proudly and treasure it.

I am truly grateful by her sweetness.Thank you so much Laura :) Bless your heart and more power to everything that you do. I will always be here to support you and I hope you'd have a wonderful vacation here in Tokyo.

Hello all you lovely people !
First of all.I am very happy to see new followers on my blog. It's such a delight to see your pretty faces on top of this page. It is just so inspiring ! I would like to say thank you very much from the bottom of my heart.
I am back from my long vacation and I had so much fun. So much fun that I brought a virus..Oh no =( !!! It's now Day 08 of having chicken pox but I am beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. So hopefully,I'll be getting well soon. I just hope the rashes won't leave any scar esp. on my face. Because I still have the rashes all over my body and my face.
Anyhow, I promise to be back here and start updating my blog again.For now I would like to share a recent photo of me (before I got the chicken pox )and my girl friend taken a week ago while we were in East wood Manila. Have a great start of the week y'all !!!

Styling products: Nigelle LAFUSION - Japanese brand that I bought at my beauty salon. I've been using this for 11 yrs. This is simply just a styling wax but not a sticky one and I totally adore this product.

BODY*

Shower gel : Lovespell by Victoria's Secret - this is my current favourite at the moment and my first time to use Victoria's Secret products. If I would have to rate I will only give this product 3 stars compared to my favourite bodyshop products which will always be rated 5 ***** !!!

So I made another visit to my favourite shopping mall last week and head on to Shiseido counter and got myself a new Skincare set.I have been thinking of getting this set since last year because I heard a lot of good reviews from my friends who have been using it. What I love about these products is that it includes Collagen and Elastin extracts, which makes skin feel so soft,elastic,renewed and moistured. Shiseido Elixir also prevents dullness and dryness.The HAKU2 is able to prevent and lighten pigmentation, as well as to minimize the area of liver spots caused by sun exposure. It also helps to restore damaged skin caused by UVA/UVB, polution or other environmental factors.

I would definitely recommend this wonderful Skincare products by Shiseido.I chose the Whitening Essence because I want to eliminate old dark spots caused by pimple.I have actually been using these products for 2 weeks now because I received a sample and I was very satisfied so I decided to purchase the set.

Like Pink nail polishes, Reds are my favorites too. The color just gives you an instant energy and you always feel sexy ! This is my nail polish at the moment and I used Bourjois So Laque Enamel Rogue Escarpin. The color is so rich and it dries up pretty quick. So Laque is also enhanced with vinyl that makes this high shine and ultra glossy.

I just wish Bourjois nail polishes would cut down on their prices. This bottle is ¥1,050 and that is around $11.00 in the US. Can you recommend a good site for nail polishes besides 8ty8,head2toe and transdesign for me ?

* Oh and for those of you who doesn't know the meaning of Phat - Pretty Hot and Tempting :)

Japanese Fashion Magazines !

I love to purchase Japanese fashion magazines every month because there's loads of trendy styles from clothing, to bags,shoes,jewelries/accessories, nail art and everything that you could think of and that includes fashionable undergarments.
Japanese fashion magz also feature tutorials on how to take care of your skin, how to apply make ups, how to apply nail polishes/ nail art and so on and so forth. You don't have to worry if you can't read Japanese because you will definitely learn just by looking at the photos.

One of the things I like about Japanese fashion magazines is that they would enclose a special gift inside like a signature pouch, key chain/ charms and sometimes make up or skin care samples. How cool is that ??

I know it is difficult to pronounce the name of the brand. But this is my favorite hair treatment product that especially cares for my hair that has been exposed from so many chemicals due to hair straightening,dyeing and heat from hair dryer.
I use it everyday when my hair is still damp and I just apply it thoroughly to the ends of my hair.
It will definitely make your hair healthy,
soft,silky, shiny and damage free. I used to visit the salon once or twice a month to received hair treatment services. But when I discovered this wonderful product I realize I don't have to spend so many "Yens " to my expensive beauty salon. Schwarzkopf BC KUR Hair Advancement definitely works !

Must have Body Lotions for Winter !

I always always apply lotion to my whole body and it is also a must to use a good moisturizer esp.during winter season, as we tend to get dry skin.
So here's a few of my favorite Body Lotions from The Body Shop.

* Cocoa Butter Body Butter - I love this lotion. It smells so good and my Dh always compliment me. A rich, indulgent, chocolate-scented cream that moisturizes and softens for up to 24 hours.

* Mango Butter Body Butter - this smells so delicious, like I want to taste it..LOL. It's excellent,leaves your skin so soft and smooth 24 hrs.

* Shea Butter Body Butter - I always stock up on this lotion. I love the mild scent and the intensive moisture of this cream. Definitely a must have !!!

So these are some of the products I use to make my skin softer and smoother. I also like The Body Shop because they don't test on animals and that's a big thing for me.
Some of the Body Lotions that I love are from Loccitane,Lush and just recently I discovered Palmers Body Lotion and it works great as well PLUS it is cheap.

I am searching for reviews on Victoria's Secret because I want to try their products.

That means Hello in Japan. I want to welcome everyone for stopping by on my blog. This is my first post and I don't want to disappoint you if you can't find any post or picture here. LOL.
So here is one of my latest purchases and tomorrow I will be adding more pictures and reviews.

A girl should always carry a hand cream and this is what I found at the store yesterday. It's a new one from Atrix, Beauty Charge Hand Cream Botanical Collagen C Ginseng Extract. I love how the smoothness and softness of this product makes my hands PLUS I am obsess with Collagen lately..so this is just my latest fave hand cream at the moment !
